Service Leadership

To create an immersive, experiential, and interactive nonprofit leadership growth experience that supports, educates, and inspires leaders, accelerating progress towards individual goals.

Program Overview

SVP Denver sponsors a year-long nonprofit leadership program called Service Leadership. The program is an immersive and interactive nonprofit leadership growth experience offered to a small cadre of executive leaders who wish to strengthen their leadership skills, deepen their personal impact within their organization, and broaden their professional reach across Denver’s nonprofit sector.

Participants begin the program by completing an individual executive leadership assessment that will serve as a basis for setting individual goals to inform their year-long personal development plan. Program participants will meet monthly and use dialogue, thematic learning, and peer coaching to achieve their personal leadership development milestones. Members will have access to the program’s two facilitators for personalized consultation. In addition, SVP’s 70+ partners are available for specialized consultation and mentorship, as needed.
