Aimara Rodriguez is a first-generation Honduran-American business strategist based in Denver, Colorado. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, she later spent a decade in the Bronx before making Colorado her home. She has built a diverse career at the intersection of startups, technology, and nonprofit strategy. With 12+ years of experience, she has worked across early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, developing expertise in operations management, partnership development, product management, and more. Having raised VC rounds of her own, she has built and led businesses at multiple levels, helping founders and organizations navigate growth, fundraising, and strategy. She serves as a mentor for organizations including Techstars, Google for Startups, Access Mode, Social Venture Partners Denver, and others. Beyond the startup world, she advises nonprofit founders and local government divisions on securing grants and executing initiatives focused on economic mobility, career advancement, workforce development, and youth empowerment.
