SENIOR MANAGER OF PARTNER ENGAGEMENT

As SVP Denver’s Senior Manager of Partner Engagement, you will be the connector and community builder who brings new partners into our network and ensures they feel deeply supported, activated, and inspired.
You’ll cultivate meaningful relationships with purpose-driven individuals and companies; develop pathways for them to contribute time and resources; and help shape a partner experience that drives strong engagement and retention. Over 25 years, SVP Denver has delivered 25,000+ hours of skilled support, driven $26M+ into local initiatives, and supported 300+ social mission organizations. You will help grow the next chapter of that impact by expanding and energizing our partner community.

PRIORITY EXPERIENCE
- Relationship-Driven Fundraising & Business Development:
You should have experience cultivating and stewarding individuals, corporate leaders, and/or skilled volunteers. This role leads partner recruitment, supports revenue generation through partner donations, and strengthens long-term relationships that contribute to the organization’s programs supporting social ventures. - Entrepreneurial Approach & Comfort With Building:
As part of a small, high-performing team, you’ll wear multiple hats—developing systems, refining engagement processes, troubleshooting challenges, and continuously improving the partner journey. You’ll move fluidly between strategy and execution, designing experiences while also implementing them with excellence. - Exceptional Project Management Skills:
You should be organized, proactive, and skilled at moving complex relationship-based work forward. This includes managing a pipeline of prospects, coordinating partner onboarding and engagement activities, supporting volunteer committees, and co-designing partner-led learning and giving experiences. You’ll keep people informed, build trust quickly, and ensure partners feel valued and connected.
