Dr. Angelic Cole

Dr. Angelic Cole is a community leader with 20 years’ experience working with non-profit organizations.  Dr. Cole is also a passionate higher education educator with 18 years’ experience as a faculty member and administrator for Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Programs. Dr. Cole is a servant leader with a servant’s heart. Paul Collier

Paul Collier is a Director at Corona Insights, a consulting firm operating in the arenas of market research, evaluation and learning and strategy and facilitation. Prior to joining the Corona Insights team, Paul served as the founder of Coeffect, a consulting firm dedicated to helping grassroots nonprofits establish the fundamental practices of measuring their impact to learn and grow. In addition to his pro bono work with Social Venture Partners Denver, Paul has also led trainings around impact measurement strategy for hundreds of nonprofit professionals through the Colorado Nonprofit Association, Nonprofit Learning Lab, and at several social sector conferences. Paul received his bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Arts Administration from Arizona State University and has completed additional graduate-level coursework in data science and data analytics. Anna Costello

Anna Costello is the founder of Ship Sunshine, a company that creates corporate gift box experiences and provides branded merchandise and paper printing services. Ship Sunshine was awarded Best for Colorado’s Inspirational Leader and was a finalist for the Denver Chamber of Commerce’s Startup of the Year. Anna was named a Top 25 GenXYZ by Colorado Biz Magazine and nominated for the Start-up Person of the Year for the Small Business Administration. Anna’s background is in media and software, working for her hometown newspaper the Tampa Bay Times and then the New York Times group and went on to lead the product development for a new platform for her company Adpay, which resulted in a multimillion-dollar acquisition by Ancestry.com. Justin Folkestad

Justin Folkestad is the head of ABS consulting which focuses on helping small-to-medium businesses and nonprofits work through rapid growth and come out stronger on the other side. Through his work in varying fields from aerospace, to 3D printing, to corporate finance, Justin has developed a diverse skillset and the ability to holistically analyze business performance. Theresa Rinne-Meyers

Board Vice-Chair

Theresa is the Director of Impact at Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute, a nonprofit organization and Community Development Financial Institution supporting entrepreneurs across Colorado. In her role, Theresa oversees the organization’s impact strategy, data systems, research partnerships, and advocacy work – which has included participating in SVP’s Theory of Change cohort. Prior to her RMMFI role and moving to Colorado in early 2020, Theresa served as Chief of Staff at DC Central Kitchen, a nationally recognized social enterprise working to reduce disparities in health and economic opportunity. She holds an MPA focused on social sector evaluation and public policy, an MBA Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship, and a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management from Indiana University.
