Impact Investment Fund
The COIIN Fund—a donor-advised fund managed by SVP Denver and held at Impact Charitable—provides flexible, low-interest capital to metro Denver social entrepreneurs (under $3M revenue) addressing health, economic, or racial inequities. By prioritizing repayment-ready deals with measurable social return, it fills gaps for grassroots organizations while amplifying COIIN’s collective impact investing. Contributions empower SVP Denver to deploy loans through its investor network, driving sustainable local change.
Contribution Guidelines
Tax-Deductible: Contributions are 100% tax-deductible as charitable donations to Impact Charitable, per their contribution guidelines
Regenerative Structure: When investments provide a financial return, all proceeds return to the COIIN Fund for future impact opportunities, creating an evergreen funding source. Donors should note that no funds will be returned to them personally. Individuals seeking potential financial returns from impact investments should instead consider investing through the SVP Denver Partnership program contributing directly to an investment, which does allow for investor returns.

Since 2002, SVP Denver has provided quality pro-bono consulting services, training and impact investment to more than 300 local nonprofits and for-profit social enterprises serving the greater Denver community.
SVP Partners have volunteered more than 25,000 hours of their time and helped drive more than $26M in funding to help social mission organizations become more effective and increase their impact in the community.
