Impact Investment & Funding Readiness
We provide nonprofit and for-profit organizations with free funding readiness support and connections to local impact investors to help you get access to the resources you need to scale your work.
Who is this for?
We’re looking for organizations that match some / all of the following:

For-Profit Social Enterprise or Nonprofit who have participated in an SVP Cohort previously

Focus on addressing health and economic inequities
-
Based in Colorado (priority for Denver Metro / Front Range)

Demonstrated earned revenue streams
-
$50k to $3M annual revenue (most orgs <$1M)
- Interest in non-grant funding (low interest loans, revenue based financing, etc.)
**Priority for organizations led by individuals with deep ties and lived experience with the community/issue
Support Provided
Qualifying organizations will get access to:
Group Workshops
Learn from experts about impact investor expectations and due diligence requirements + get access to tools / templates
1:1 Support
Match with individuals in SVP Denver’s network to receive help developing key assets needed to create a successful pitch and receive an impact investment (i.e. financial projections, investment briefs, etc.).
**This support will be limited to select organizations that are determined to be a strong fit for our investor community.
Exposure and Connections to Impact Investors
We’ll help elevate your work, share your story and get you in front of the right investors whenever we can. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll let you know that too.

We will personally reach out to inform you of placement in our programs (or if we can’t support at this time). We may ask to set up a quick call to discuss options.
3. Make your impact!
We’ll fill you in on details for getting started with SVP Denver or try to point you in the direction of other resources.

How often is this support provided? Are there deadlines?
Keep an eye on our main programs page for updates on application deadlines! We typically review applications during set program cycles in the Spring, Summer and Fall so we can assess which organizations are the right fit and manage an equitable selection process.
How long will it take for us to get investment?
There’s no simple answer to that question unfortunately! We will try to meet you where you are at and help you set realistic expectations for whether impact investment is a good fit, how long the process will take, etc. We’re here to support and hopefully demystify the process!
My organization participated/applied previously. Do we need to do the application again?
Yes, but we make it much simpler. When filling out the application, you can indicate if you applied or paticipated in an SVP Denver program in the past 12 months. You will be automatically redirected to a short update form (which will take 5-10 minutes to complete).
