SVP empowers people to realize greater impact in their giving. By pooling resources from the Denver community, we leverage the time and talent of local professionals to increase the effectiveness of the nonprofit sector through pro-bono consulting engagements and impact investing for nonprofits and social mission enterprises.
HOW IT WORKS
SVP members, or “partners,” make a minimum tax-deductible contribution of $2,500 (if under the age of 40), $4,000 (if age 40 or above), and $6,000 for couples annually. Our partner resources are pooled to convene teams partners matched with local nonprofits in well-scoped year-long engagements to take these organizations to the next level. Scholarships are available for qualifying individuals to promote diversity and inclusion.
Partners’ roles in our organization vary. Some partners simply use SVP Denver as a way to make a highly-leveraged gift, while others take advantage of our education programming and peer-learning opportunities. Most of our partners roll up their sleeves and engage closely with organizations to increase their effectiveness to better serve our community.
