Frequently Asked Questions

Does my organization need earned revenue to participate?

This specific program requires an earned revenue stream or a clear idea of where to implement one. Our cohorts, pro bono consulting, and topical workshops are open to all social mission organizations that meet our basic program eligibility criteria.

Can I apply if my organization has an earned revenue stream, but doesn't have a business plan / other financial document?

No, a financial document is required for our Funding Readiness Committee to provide the best support. We recommend applying for Pro Bono Consulting for support with creating a business plan.

We applied, but our organization was not accepted. Can we apply again?

If you were not selected to work with the Funding Readiness Committee, we will pitch your project again in the following cycle (the following even month). If you are not selected then, you will need to reapply.

Can I apply again if my organization has already received Impact Investment Support from SVP Denver?

Yes! If things have changed in your organization and require additional support, we encourage you to apply again.

Can I be on the Funding Readiness Committee?

If you are already a Partner, reach out to eliana@svpdenver.org to learn more about serving on the committee. If you are not yet a Partner, fill out our Partner application and you will be connected with Eliana Blancas, our Director of Development.
